Participants explore the Invisible Backpack, six recognition components, six response actions, and ways to support colleagues, family members, and themselves.
Ideal for: Department-wide training, conferences, staff development, wellness initiatives, and leadership events.
Participants will learn to:
- Recognize meaningful behavioral and emotional changes.
- Identify stress and altered coping in high-stress occupations.
- Initiate supportive conversations without diagnosing.
